Terms of Service.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the digital properties, audit tools, or consulting services of Fine Twist Global Exports ("Fine Twist"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, medical practice, or legal partnership, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

2. Description of Services & Divisions

Fine Twist Global Exports operates through two distinct divisions: (1) India Digital Growth, providing digital strategy, search optimization (SEO/GEO/AEO), and inquiry funnels for professional practices and real estate entities in India; and (2) USA Performance Lead Generation, providing compliant customer acquisition infrastructure for licensed US buyers.

3. Regulatory & Ethical Compliance

Clients engaging our India division agree to maintain valid professional registrations (such as NMC/MCI registration for physicians, ICAI membership for chartered accountants, state Bar Council enrollment for advocates, and state RERA project registrations for builders). Fine Twist reserves the right to reject or terminate any engagement requiring non-compliant or deceptive advertising practices.

4. Intellectual Property & Work Product Ownership

Upon receipt of full payment for contracted custom engineering services, clients receive full ownership of bespoke frontend and backend source code, creative assets, and content authored specifically for their practice. Proprietary agency software frameworks, intake routers, and analytics libraries remain the intellectual property of Fine Twist Global Exports and are licensed on a non-exclusive basis.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Fine Twist Global Exports be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from algorithmic search ranking fluctuations, platform API modifications by third parties (e.g., Google, Meta, or LLM providers), or consumer loan underwriting decisions made by buyer entities.
